Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped within 5 business days. As we are a small business, processing orders can sometimes take a little longer than with larger online stores, but we always do our very best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Within the Netherlands, your order will be shipped as a letterbox parcel via MyParcel/PostNL. You do not need to be at home to receive it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. They may vary depending on the country and shipping method.

We also ship to various EU countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed during checkout.

Please check your address carefully when placing your order. If a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was provided, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If Track & Trace shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days at post@thebabbelgame.com. We will be happy to help and, if necessary, contact the carrier to investigate.

Has something arrived damaged or is something missing? Please send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
